This policy explains how Wichidta Jerseys LLC ("Wisdomlyr", "we") collects and uses personal information when you visit wisdomlyr.shop or place an order.

Information we collect

  • Order details: name, e-mail, phone (optional), shipping address, items ordered and order notes.
  • Messages: what you send us through the contact form or e-mail.
  • Store statistics: a random visitor ID in your browser and the pages, products and checkout steps you use, with device type and the site that referred you. Stored on our own server; statistics do not store your IP address, and nothing is shared with third parties.
  • Support chat: the messages you send us in the chat, your name and e-mail if you provide them, the page you wrote from, your device type and your IP address. We use them to answer you and to prevent spam and fraud.
  • Technical data: with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies record pages visited, device and approximate location.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Payment is handled by our payment provider.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your order.
  • To reply to your questions.
  • With consent, to measure site traffic and the performance of our ads.
  • To meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the store: our form-delivery service (FormSubmit) that forwards orders and messages to our e-mail, shipping carriers, our payment provider and, with consent, Google. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without consent.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax law (generally up to 7 years); messages are kept up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of any sale/sharing, by e-mailing [email protected]. Residents of states with privacy laws (for example California) have these rights under those laws; we will not discriminate against you for using them. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
